- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- tortilla chips
Toppings:
- jalapeño, green chiles, rotel, etc
Instructions
- In a blender, combine your cottage cheese, water, 1 cup cheese, and your spices
- Blend until smooth
- Add the rest of the cheddar cheese and blend until smooth (you may need to add additional water depending on the consistency you like)
- Microwave for 30-60 seconds and stir
