These Blueberry Cheesecake Clusters are a creamy, chocolate-dipped frozen treat made with blended cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and fresh blueberries. They’re the perfect high-protein, no-bake dessert that’s naturally sweet and refreshing!
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until all blueberries are fully coated
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, create your clusters by dropping a large spoonful onto the sheet (should make around 8-10 clusters, depending on how big you make them)
Freeze for at least 1 hour
While waiting for your clusters to freeze, melt your chocolate and coconut oil together in 30 second increments and stir to incorporate
Dip your clusters in the melted chocolate and freeze for an additional 30 minutes
