Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blend cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Fold in the blended cottage cheese and maple syrup/honey (if using).
Gently fold in the blueberries without overmixing.
Divide into four pieces, shape into bagels, and press the ends together.
Brush with egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before slicing. Serve with cream cheese, honey, or butter
