Ingredients

Brownie Layer:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup chocolate protein powder
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • 2-3 Tbsp milk of choice to bind

Cookie Dough Layer:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • 2-3 Tbsp milk of choice
  • 3 Tbsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions

Enable step-by-step mode
  • In one bowl, combine almond flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond butter, and milk. Mix until a dough forms.
  • In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, vanilla protein powder, maple syrup, almond butter, milk, and chocolate chips. Stir until dough forms.
  • Pinch off a small piece of each dough, press them together, and roll into balls to create the swirled “brookie” effect.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before enjoying.
