  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 cup cacao powder
  • 1 bar dark chocolate chopped

  • In a large bowl, combine the cashew butter, maple syrup, and cacao powder. Stir everything together until it forms a thick, fudgy dough-like consistency.
  • If you're adding the chopped @hukitchen chocolate bar, stir it into the mixture now.
  • Use your hands to roll the dough into small balls (about 1-inch in diameter). The mixture should be sticky, but it will firm up nicely after chilling.
  • Place the rolled brownie bites on a plate lined with parchment paper. Pop them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let them set and firm up.
