Ingredients

  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup nut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp fine sea salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon optional
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add Greek yogurt, milk, nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
  • In a large bowl, stir together oats and chia seeds.
  • Pour the blended mixture over the oats and stir until fully combined.
  • Fold in mini chocolate chips evenly.
  • Divide the mixture evenly between four jars or containers.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
