  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 scoop cookies and creme protein powder
  • 1/3 cup nut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp fine sea salt
  • ¾ cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
