Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese Good Culture recommended
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract or 1/4 tsp vanilla + pinch of salt
  • 1-2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
  • Optional: 1 tbsp whipped cream cheese or dash of cinnamon

Instructions

Enable step-by-step mode
  • Add cottage cheese, protein powder, maple syrup, and almond extract to a blender or use an immersion blender.
  • Blend until smooth and whipped.
  • Fold in sprinkles.
  • Chill 5–10 minutes.
  • Serve with graham crackers, apples, animal crackers, or pretzels.
