Toast the bagels lightly
Preheat the oven to 350F and blend the eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder until smooth.
Pour into a 9x13 pan and bake for 15-18 minutes
Cut into circles (using a biscuit cutter) or squares
Assemble: Place the egg, cheese, and turkey bacon/sausage on each bagel.
Wrap individually in parchment paper and freeze
To reheat, microwave wrapped in a paper towel for 1-2 minutes or air fry at 350°F for 5 minutes
Top with Mike’s Hot Honey or regular honey
