  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
  • Season meat with seasonings and mix well with your hands or a utensil
  • Form the ground beef into a loose ball and place it between two pieces of parchment paper and roll out until decently flat
  • Place on hot skillet and continue to smash it flat with a spatula (use parchment paper between the beef and spatula if it sticks)
  • Let it cook for 2–3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes until crispy and cooked through
  • Top with sliced cheese
  • Place the tortilla on a flat surface and spread the burger sauce in the center.
  • Place the cooked smash patty on top while it’s still hot (cheese side down)
  • Top with diced onion, pickles, and shredded lettuce
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly like a burrito
  • Heat the skillet over medium heat and place the wrap seam-side down and toast for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy
  • Slice in half and serve warm!
  • Pair with fries, chips, or a side salad for a complete meal
  • Enjoy!!!
