Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
Season meat with seasonings and mix well with your hands or a utensil
Form the ground beef into a loose ball and place it between two pieces of parchment paper and roll out until decently flat
Place on hot skillet and continue to smash it flat with a spatula (use parchment paper between the beef and spatula if it sticks)
Let it cook for 2–3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes until crispy and cooked through
Top with sliced cheese
Place the tortilla on a flat surface and spread the burger sauce in the center.
Place the cooked smash patty on top while it’s still hot (cheese side down)
Top with diced onion, pickles, and shredded lettuce
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly like a burrito
Heat the skillet over medium heat and place the wrap seam-side down and toast for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy
Slice in half and serve warm!
Pair with fries, chips, or a side salad for a complete meal
