No-Heat Infusion Method
Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out seeds.
Place seeds + pod into a clean jar.
Pour maple syrup into the jar.
Add vanilla bean paste if using.
Seal and shake gently.
Infuse 24–48 hours before gifting; flavor deepens for 1–2 weeks.
Heated Option
Split and scrape your vanilla bean.
Add bean + maple syrup to a saucepan.
Warm over low heat for 3–4 minutes — don’t simmer.
Cool completely, transfer to jar, and include bean pod inside.
