Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a blender or food processor, whip cottage cheese until smooth.
Stir in Greek yogurt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread the cottage cheese mixture into a small oven safe dish.
Spoon marinara sauce over the top, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Remove from oven and top with fresh basil and red pepper flakes.
