Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese blended until smooth
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt optional, for extra creaminess
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes optional
  • Fresh basil chopped, for topping
  • Firehook Sea Salt or Rosemary Crackers for serving

Instructions

Enable step-by-step mode
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a blender or food processor, whip cottage cheese until smooth.
  • Stir in Greek yogurt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the cottage cheese mixture into a small oven safe dish.
  • Spoon marinara sauce over the top, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and top with fresh basil and red pepper flakes.
  • Serve warm with Firehook Crackers for dipping.
