Recipe Tips

Blend the Cottage Cheese for a Creamy Texture: Cottage cheese naturally has a slightly lumpy texture, so blending it before mixing ensures a smooth, cheesecake-like consistency in every bite.

Use Frozen or Fresh Blueberries: Fresh blueberries work best, but frozen blueberries can also be used! If using frozen, let them thaw slightly before mixing to avoid excess moisture.

Chill Long Enough for Easy Dipping: Freezing the clusters for at least 1 hour before dipping makes sure they hold their shape when coated in melted chocolate. If they soften too quickly, pop them back in the freezer for a few extra minutes before dipping.

Choose Your Favorite Chocolate: Dark chocolate adds a rich contrast, while white chocolate creates a sweeter, creamier finish. If you love variety, try a mix of both!

Ingredient Swaps: Cottage Cheese ? Swap for more Greek yogurt for a similar creamy texture. Honey ? Use maple syrup or agave for a different natural sweetener. Greek Yogurt ? Use vanilla-flavored yogurt for extra sweetness. Dark or White Chocolate ? Try dairy-free chocolate or a sugar-free chocolate alternative.

Freezer: Store in an airtight container for up to 2 months. These are best enjoyed frozen!

Serving Tip: Let them sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes before eating for the perfect creamy texture.
