In a large ramekin, combine your protein powder and cottage cheese (blended) until mixed thoroughly
Add in the cacao powder, oat flour, baking powder, maple syrup, almond milk and vanilla extract and stir until well combined
Add in chocolate chunks or chips
Microwave for 2-3 minutes (keep a close eye on this so it doesn’t overflow) OR place in your oven at 350F for 15-20 minutes
Top with additional chocolate chunks
