Recipe Tips

Use a Ripe Banana for Natural Sweetness: The riper the banana, the sweeter and more flavorful your pudding will be. This also helps with creating a smoother texture when blended.

Blend Until Velvety Smooth: Cottage cheese becomes incredibly creamy when blended. Just be sure not to under-blend—you want it completely smooth and pudding-like.

Layer for Texture & Flavor: Crushed sweet thins add a little crunch and cookie flavor, while the sliced bananas bring the freshness. Layer them twice for the perfect parfait.

Chill Before Serving: Letting your parfait sit in the fridge for 10–15 minutes helps it thicken slightly and lets the flavors meld.

Ingredient Swaps: Maple Syrup ? Use honey or a sugar-free alternative to fit your needs. Cottage Cheese ? Swap for Greek yogurt if you prefer a tangier base. Sweet Thins ? Use grain-free graham crackers, crushed oats, or even protein granola. Add-Ins ? Mix in chia seeds for fiber, or top with nut butter, cacao nibs, or whipped coconut cream.

Refrigerator: Store assembled parfaits in an airtight container or jar for up to 2 days.

Make Ahead: You can blend the pudding and crush your crackers ahead of time, then assemble when ready to eat for the best texture.
